Sock knitting Mania!

I wanted to start knitting and socks seemed managable and quick to knit , also after seeing so many inspirational pairs on the internet that people have knitted so......

I started knitting a pair of socks from a Vogue pattern for Tennis socks. I quickly got fed up with the ribbing section at the top and decided to do half the length needed which gave me a pair of trainer style tennis socks!

Next I joined a sock club with Posh Yarns and I have started using June's yarn 'Hot house' to make the 'Slip Up Socks' they give as a free pattern - 1 sock complete, 1 to go!
